Scotphils Empowerment Organization was birthed from a divine mandate entrusted to Pastor Scot Franklyn, a devoted servant of God, spiritual son of Bishop David Oyedepo, and a Pastor with Living Faith Church (Winners’ Chapel).

Driven by deep compassion for humanity, Pastor Scot Franklyn leads Scotphils as its spiritual head, guided by faith, integrity, and a commitment to uplifting lives. He is happily married to Philomina Franklyn, the CEO of Scotphils, and they are blessed with two children.

His vision is simple yet profound: to serve humanity holistically—spiritually, socially, and economically—so that individuals and communities can thrive with dignity.
